To Optimists who want to improve specific aspects of their preparation, technique, tactics and strategy.
Program:
Monday 20 July:
Water Activity scheduled for 2 pm, arrival at the base for 1 pm, unless otherwise agreed
Tuesday 21st, Wednesday 22nd, Thursday 23rd July: Double training session morning and afternoon
Friday, July 24th: Single Session and clinic closing at 3 pm
Objectives:
Improvement of the general technical level as regarding overall handling
Manoeuvres
Departures
Debriefing in the classroom
